I have purchased a Beat-Herder ticket from Fanticks, but I have read about the name change process on the festival's website? close

The festival organisers are aware of all the tickets sold via Fanticks and the names on these tickets will not have to be changed.

You will be sent the original ticket from the seller, and you will be emailed a Fanticks ticket transfer confirmation from Ticketline, which you will need to take with you, along with the ticket((s) and photo ID to gain entry to the festival.
