When will I receive my tickets? close
The exchange of your purchased ticket(s) is handled by the seller. Sellers can mark a listing as despatched, and you will receive an email when they do this to let you know tickets are on their way. You will also be able to see the date that they marked the tickets as despatched in 'Purchases'. You can discuss delivery or meet-up arrangements using 'Conversations' in your account. Sometimes event organisers only release tickets just before the event. We request sellers to declare if they don't currently have the tickets in their possession, and if this is the case they do not have them, the seller should mention a delivery delay on the listing.
I haven't received my tickets, what can I do? close
Please get in touch with the seller using 'Conversations' to discuss the location of your tickets. If you are unable to contact the seller, please contact us and raise a refund claim with PayPal.
The seller sent my tickets, but I didn't receive them. What can I do? close
Please contact the seller using 'Conversations' in your account and inform them. They will need to speak to the original point of purchase to arrange for the tickets to be cancelled and reissued. If tickets cannot be reissued, the seller must refund you using PayPal.
I arranged a meet-up, but the seller didn't show. What can I do? close
Please contact the seller using 'Conversations' in your account to re-arrange your exchange date and time. If the seller is not responding and no other date or time has been created to exchange, please contact us and request a refund from PayPal for your order.
My address has changed since I booked my tickets. Can they be sent to a new address? close
Please contact the seller using 'Conversations' within your account. If they have not yet despatched your tickets, they should be able to send to an alternate address. Sellers can mark a listing as despatched, you will receive an email when they do this to let you know tickets are on their way and you will be able to see the date that they marked the tickets as despatched in your Purchases.
Can I print my e-ticket? close
Yes, once the purchase is completed and you have received your e-ticket, you can download and print from all common PDF readers such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please note, not all listings from sellers will be e-tickets and you may need to arrange delivery by post with the seller or use 'Conversations' to arrange to collect your tickets.
